Ingredients:
1 tbs. olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cocoa butter or oil
3 tablepoons water
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Combine olive oil,water, and cocoa butter/oil in a small bowl. Brush your hair until a little smooth. Once well mixed, apply lightly to hair making a mask on ur hair. let sit for about 20 min. or until absorbed. then get in the shower and pour the milk onto ur hair. then wait in the shower not getting ur hair wet for about 5 min. for milk to work its way in. then shampoo and condition as usual but let conditioner sit for about 5 min. and rinse with cold water.

Baking Soda: An old-time favorite, baking soda has many purposes, including tooth whitening. Most dentists agree that it’s safe to use and works fairly quickly. You can use it alone on a damp toothbrush or mix it with toothpaste to help neutralize the salty taste.
Hydrogen Peroxide: One of the most popular home remedies, peroxide, is cheap and most people have it on hand. Chances are, you will feel some burning in your gums, but you’ll be left with clean, whiter teeth. Typically, most people will see results within a couple of weeks but it can happen much sooner. It’s also safe to gargle, but don’t swallow.
Brush your teeth as you normally do, and then swish for about a minute. Follow up by spitting it out and rinsing thoroughly with water. Another way to use it is by dipping a cotton swap in the solution and gently rubbing it into your teeth, front and back.
Strawberries: Not many people are aware that strawberries contain natural teeth whitening agents and the seeds work great for cleaning. Since they also contain sugar and acids, it’s important to brush immediately afterwards with a fluoride toothpaste. For easy and quick application, you can either rub the strawberry against your teeth, or mash it up and use it like toothpaste.
Wood Ash: Strange as it may sound, hard wood ash helps whiten teeth. It contains potassium hydroxide, a compound that will bleach your teeth. The tiny crystals scrape off plague in hard to reach places and will scrub them clean. However, using wood ash often or scrubbing too hard can wear down your tooth enamel, so it’s best to avoid using it for long periods of time. To apply it to your teeth, you can put it directly on your toothbrush or mix it with a small amount of toothpaste.
Homemade tooth paste: One of the better home recipes for whiter teeth is a paste consisting of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, table salt and a dab of toothpaste. Mix it all together and brush away stains.
Some of these sound a bit ridiculous, but you’ll never know what works till you try it eh?

For your health/beauty routine, Use products that work with your skin. If you have oily skin don’t use things that have lot’s of oils in them. Wash your hair with a shampoo and conditioner that works best with your hair and keep it trimmed about half an inch every month or so to keep dead-ends from appearing. Don’t use straightners/ heat curlers too often to keep your hair from being damaged. It’s also always important to keep your nails healthy too by regularly filing them and things like that. And never use excessive makeup because it could damage your face as you get older. Exercising and eating healthy will also keep you looking good and help you by giving you a natural healthy looking glow. And, don’t get stressed out too much. Being stressed out can affect your health as well. So spend a little bit of time each day doing what you like to do.
Follow that just about everyday and youll be healthy and look beautiful without making a fool of yourself by trying to hard. I hope this helps :]

-spray toner over your foundation and then use your brush to dab it. it makes it feel more natural and not as cakey
-use gel liner and then draw over it with liquid eyeliner. makes it stay on all day with out fading or smudging. no joke. or use pencil eyeliner to substitute as gel eyeliner. same affect just not as dark
-maybelline waterproof liquid eyeliner is best. stays on long and last a while
-when a mascara has run its course wash off the mascara from the brush and use it to declump eyelashes or to brush your eyebrows
-when using gel eyeliner, use your favorite eyeliner to apply it. sharpen the pencil, dip it in the eyeliner not too much but not too little, and then draw it on like you would regularly
-wash your face with sugar and your regular face wash. makes your face glow, gets rid of dead skin, soften/smoothes skin and is cheap especially when you steal it from the sugar thing in momma’s kitchen
- only wash your face at night, then splash cold water on in the morning and apply moisturizer
- NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER go to sleep with makeup on. i don’t care how tired you are. wash that shyt off or your skin is going to bite you in the booty. when you sleep your skin rejuvenates itself but it can’t do that when its covered in chemicals and stuff
-let your skin breathe for a day at least every week. wash it and then put nothing on it. i usually do it on sundays when i’m cleaning and doing homework
- as usual, less is more. its more attractive then looking like a drag queen. only highlight your best attributes. if you have great eyes make them greater. great lips make them greater.
